By using MatGuard Check you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MatGuard Check is
MatGuard Check is a directory and verification platform for grappling academies. MatGuard Check is not law enforcement, not a background-investigation agency, and does not guarantee the future conduct of any academy or instructor.
Verification scope
A MatGuard Check verification confirms that submitted information and credentials were reviewed against the standards in place at review time. It does not constitute legal certification or a safety warranty.
Academy responsibilities
Academy owners are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, for keeping their team and documents up to date, and for complying with local laws.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate others, upload illegal content, or attempt to circumvent security. We may suspend or revoke access for violations.
Content ownership
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant MatGuard Check a non-exclusive license to display verified academy content publicly as part of the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, MatGuard Check is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the platform.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
