By using MatGuard Check you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MatGuard Check is
MatGuard Check is a private digital platform that helps athletes, academies and event organizers manage public profiles. We are not a sports federation, a certification body, or a public authority, and we do not guarantee the future conduct of any academy, instructor or organizer.
Scope of the review
Our review only confirms that the applicant is authorized to manage the profile and that the submitted information meets our platform quality standards at the time of the review. It is not a legal certification, an accreditation or a safety warranty.
User responsibilities
Profile owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, for keeping their team, schedule and documents up to date, and for complying with all applicable local laws.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or misleading information, impersonate others, upload illegal content, harass other users or attempt to circumvent security. We may suspend or revoke access for violations.
Content ownership
You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant MatGuard Check a non-exclusive license to display published profile content publicly as part of the service.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, MatGuard Check is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the platform or any decision made on the basis of a public profile.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
